Failures...Alas

Well, ruggers, let's admit, sometimes the day doesn't end quite as well as it started. Here is the spot to post any special stories of workouts gone wrong to lighten everyone else's day.

  1. I ate an avocado before working out.
    I thought it would be a light snack to get me going.
    Consequently,
    I do not recommend this snack before any kind of physical activity.

  2. That being said, snaking before working out does not work for me at all!! I ate a tamale 30mins before my workout. (It was a cheese tamale, not that everyone cares) The workout went well but at the end i felt like puking, it was not cool.! :\
    Is the tamale consider a snack? because for me it was.

  3. I worked out then ate a pizza... every slice all by myself.


    ps. it had bacon, pepperoni, sausage, with feta cheese
    mmmm. so much for my work out.

  4. so yesterday while running during k's #1, i realized that the fat on my legs were hitting each other. talk about TOTALLY MORTIFIED! if there is one thing that will make you want to workout more, it is hearing your leg fat hit each other with every step. also, it's cuz my spandies are looser now and riding up. but i almost died.
